Wine Country Five Way Fungal Feast!

Join Chef John Ash from 6:30-9:30 pm on Thursday evening, April 14, 2016 for a "hands-on" class at Ramekins cooking school in the Town of Sonoma to make and eat these five mushroom dishes from appetizers to dessert:
  • Maitake Tempura with Ponzu Sauce
  • Wild Mushroom Pate
  • Chawan Mushi with Black Trumpet Mushrooms
  • Hanger Steak with Red Wine-Oyster Mushroom Sauce
  • Lemon Polenta Cake with Candy Cap Mushroom Custard Sauce
